WARRANTY

At A Ten Indeed Tactical Knives, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. We warrant that each knife will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, for the original owner.

If we determine that a knife has a manufacturing, material, or workmanship defect, we will repair or replace it with the same model—or a comparable model of equal value if the original is no longer available or in production.

Please note, this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling—including but not limited to throwing, prying, or other non-intended uses. Broken tips, chipped edges, or damaged serrations typically result from such misuse and are generally not covered. Rust, improper sharpening, or damage from neglect are also excluded.

If your knife fails during normal use as it was designed, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at info@10-indeed.com.

How to Request Warranty Service:

1. Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

2. Return the knife to the address provided with your RMA. The knife must be received before any warranty evaluation can be completed.

If we determine the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect, the knife will not be eligible for warranty repair. You may then choose to have it returned to you at your own expense or discuss repair options outside of warranty coverage.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions:

· Damage caused by throwing, prying, or dropping.

· Broken tips, chipped edges, or damaged serrations.

· Rust due to neglect or improper care.

· Improper sharpening.

· Lost, bent, or broken pocket clips.

· Knives modified or repaired by anyone other than Ten Indeed Tactical Knives.

Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.
